Family Resolution Center offers a unique approach to the current divorce process. The services are designed to be an alternative to both litigation and traditional mediation.
The Center is prepared to work with both parties and their advisors. Specific
settlement proposals will be suggested together with a rationale. A specific
concern will be the balancing of gender issues so that the playing field
remains level, unlike traditional mediation where the balance of power that had
been present during the marriage continues into the dispute resolution process.
